How to Register? 

Step 1: Submit Interest Form

Fill out the short form below to tell us about the student and which program you’re interested in.

​

  • Takes 2–3 minutes

  • No payment required

  • Helps us understand your needs

​

Step 2: Schedule Your Intro Call

​

After submitting the form, you’ll be directed to book a 15–20 minute introduction call with our counselor (student and/or parent can attend).

​

  • Purpose: To answer questions, ensure it’s a good fit, and explain next steps

  • Meetings are conducted via Google Meet or phone

​

Step 3: Acceptance Notification (Limited spots available)

​

If accepted into the program, you’ll receive a confirmation email and text message within 24–48 hours after your interview.

​

You’ll receive:

  • Acceptance message

  • Agreement form + Payment link

​

Step 4: Complete Payment + Sign Agreement

​

Secure your student’s spot by submitting full payment and signing the parent-student agreement.

​

-  Payment methods: Credit card, debit, or bank transfer
- Agreement must be signed by parent if student is under 18

​

Step 5: You’re In! Welcome Packet Sent

​

Once we receive your payment and signed form, we’ll send your official welcome packet with everything you need to prepare.
